Nutrition Advisory
“Healthy food is the key to our physical and mental balance.
To be fit and healthy we need a good nutrition.”
TO NUTRITION ADVISORY WE ARE WHAT WE EAT
Did you know that with our food choices and hydration level we influence for example:
Mood
Energy levels
Brain capacity
Stress levels
Appetite
Sexual performance
Quality of sleep
So yes, we are what we eat!
A food that we eat is like a fuel. It gives our body energy that is needed for its proper functioning. Nutrients provide nourishment. Proteins, carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, fibre, and water are all nutrients.
If people do not have the right balance of nutrients in their diet, the risk of developing certain health conditions increases and the general quality of life decreases.
